The first Giacomini group subsidiary, Giacomini Gmbh, was founded in 1961 in Waldbrol, a small town not far from Cologne. Various changes over the years have seen the branch evolve into its current dimensions, with 510 m2 of administrative offices and 4600 m2 of warehousing.

Giacomini Gmbh deals with sales, as well as providing advice and guidance to customers in the German and Austrian markets.
