The national Azerbaijani oil company, SOCAR, plans to complete the tallest building in the Caucasus region by 2014. Designed to stand winds up to 190 km/h, the building will house the offices of oil giant and will be operational thanks to Giacomini Water Management and Fire Protection. 200 meters tall, 42 floors, a total area of ​​approximately 100,000 square meters: the structure, inspired by "fire and wind", will host two thousand employees of SOCAR.
